Job Title: Office Executive - Female

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Executive to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office management.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Support procurement and inventory of office supplies
  • Assist management with reports, presentations, and data entry
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
