Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction or real estate sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.
• Monitor project costs and manage variations.
• Support tendering, procurement, and contractor evaluation.
• Conduct site visits and prepare cost reports.
• Ensure projects stay within budget.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction / real estate.
• Strong Excel and costing skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
