Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Attendant to support the hotel kitchen team.
• The role involves assisting chefs with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans after use
• Help with plating and serving food when needed
• Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and hygienic
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain sanitation standards
• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
• Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors
• Support general kitchen duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE (WAEC / NECO) preferred but not compulsory
• Previous kitchen or hotel experience is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions properly
• Good physical strength and stamina
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.

Working Conditions:

Salary
N45,000 - N50,000 monthly.
