We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: AI Product Manager

Location: Lagos 

Description

• We are looking for a dedicated AI Product Manager to lead the development of our next generation of AI products.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting the product strategy, guiding the product development teams, and ensuring the alignment of product features with strategic business goals.
• This role demands a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of AI technologies, coupled with the ability to work effectively across teams to launch products that are innovative, user-centric, and commercially viable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies tailored for AI technologies
• Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products
• Define product roadmaps and schedules in collaboration with technical and business teams
• Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the product effectively
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
• Oversee and steer the product development process, ensuring compliance with budget, scope, and project timelines
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product functionalities are built to the highest standards
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support product development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management
• Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
