Job Title: Female Receptionist

Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a professional and well-presented Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for guests.
• The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a hotel environment and demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle reservations, bookings, and room allocations
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
• Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Ensure the reception area is always organized and presentable
• Process payments and issue receipts where required

Requirements

• Must be female (for gender balance purposes)
• 2 - 4years’ experience working as a receptionist in a hotel (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good appearance and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Candidates must be resident within Abuja and candidates without prior hotel reception experience will not be considered.
