We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Secondary School Economics Teacher (IGCSE)
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding curriculum requirements and creating lesson plans and educational content that satisfy these requirements.
- Analysing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them.
- Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
- Creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans and asking frequent questions to make sure students are on track.
- Preparing students for WAEC, IGCSE exams, and other Economics-related competitions.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or a related discipline.
- Relevant teaching certification may be required.
- Patience, innovation, and knowledge of classroom management and student discipline.
- Strong multitasking prowess.
- TRCN certification.
