We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company (with a collective turnover exceeding N5bn in 2025 and a 5-year growth trajectory to N21bn+). They include multinational and indigenous concerns with strong presence in antibiotics, anti-malaria, diabetes, oncology, urology, cardiovascular, premium multivitamins and analgesic segments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate Brand Manager (ABM)

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

  • Coordinate strategy and marketing management development efforts and implementation for key brands of the company
  • The incumbent will also be involved in detailing skills development of the company's detailers

Requirements

  • B. Pharm/Pharm D or B.S.c (Biological Sciences/Human Health Sciences or equivalent).
  • 3-4-year medical sales representation with a good record of hospital promotion/demand generation for core ethical products.
  • While brand management experience is not compulsory a good understanding of the role and its deliverables is required.
  • Flair for analysis, critical thinking, strategy development and attention to detail.

Compensation
 N250,000 Monthly and performare incentives
