We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company (with a collective turnover exceeding N5bn in 2025 and a 5-year growth trajectory to N21bn+). They include multinational and indigenous concerns with strong presence in antibiotics, anti-malaria, diabetes, oncology, urology, cardiovascular, premium multivitamins and analgesic segments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Kano, Awka - Anambra, Enugu and Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We seek disciplined, high-personal drive, result-oriented leaders and field staff ready to drive ethical demand generation, hospital promotion, productivity and commercial performance.

Requirements

• B.Pharm/PharmD or BSc in Health/Biological Sciences  (MBA an advantage).
• 4-6 years in pharma sales & marketing, with 2-3 years team leadership (team of 10+ members).
• Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience.
• Self-directed, results-oriented, excellent problem-solving.

Monthly Compensation
N400,000 + official car + attractive bonus/ incentive.
