Job Brief
- We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our Operations department.
- In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our software systems across all departments, driving effective implementation and integration to support our business goals.
- You will map out internal software, identify and solve process inefficiencies, and guide stakeholders in implementing improvements.
- Your responsibilities will also include software budget optimization, policy development, and vendor negotiations.
- This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in software design, development, or implementation, coupled with excellent project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Map out all internal software used by the company
- Identify and resolve recurring software/process problems
- Identify opportunities for automation and process reduction
- Engage resources for software configuration, integration, and improvements
- Optimize the software budget by managing licenses and payment plans
- Devise software policies and standards
- Consult on new software selection and vendor negotiations
- Manage the IT team for software access and administration
Requirements and skills
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
- 4-12 years of work experience in software design, development, or implementation
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with cloud-based business software is a plus
- Experience working across departments as a Business Analyst or Consultant
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Positive, can-do attitude.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
