Medical Marketing Representative (MMRS) at a Fast-Growing Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Marketing Company

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing company (with a collective turnover exceeding N5bn in 2025 and a 5-year growth trajectory to N21bn+). They include multinational and indigenous concerns with strong presence in antibiotics, anti-malaria, diabetes, oncology, urology, cardiovascular, premium multivitamins and analgesic segments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative (MSRS)

Locations: Abuja, Lagos (Mainland, Island), Abeokuta-Ogun, Kano, Enugu, Awka-Anambra, Ile-Ife-Osun, Ibadan-Oyo, and Port Harcourt-Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Promote and detail core ethical pharmaceuticals to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies.
• Serve as a key relationship manager between the company and the HCP community.
• Provide market intelligence and execute market development activities.

Requirements

• PharmD / B. Pharm preferred. However, graduates of Vet Med, pharmacology, therapeutics, or similar disciplines in Human/Health Sciences may also apply.
• 0-1-year medical representation experience in demand-generation environment (entry-level & early-career welcome). Lack of experience is no barrier
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a field territory effectively.
• High integrity, self-management, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ethical / hospital demand-generation experience mandatory for senior and brand roles.
• High integrity, self-management, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for all roles.

Compensation
 N250,000 Monthly and performare incentives
