Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 2–5 years’ experience to join a fast-growing company in the HVAC (air conditioning) industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of air conditioning and HVAC solutions to corporate and retail clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Conduct site visits and provide tailored product recommendations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales (HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sales preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
