Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 2–5 years’ experience to join a fast-growing company in the HVAC (air conditioning) industry.
  • If you have a strong sales mindset and understand technical products, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of air conditioning and HVAC solutions to corporate and retail clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct site visits and provide tailored product recommendations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales (HVAC, engineering, technical, or B2B sales preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
