Job Title: Retail Acquisition Executive (Juice Brand)

Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract (3 Months – Renewable Based on Performance)

Job Summary

• Our client is looking for a results-driven Retail Acquisition Executive to onboard supermarkets, grocery stores, and retail outlets for the distribution of our juice products across Abuja.
• This is a field-based role focused on building strong retail partnerships and expanding market presence within a short timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard supermarkets, mini-marts, and retail stores for product placement
• Secure a minimum of 20 active retail partnerships within Abuja during the contract period
• Negotiate supply terms and ensure favorable shelf placement for products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
• Conduct market mapping and identify high-potential retail locations
• Coordinate with internal teams on product delivery and stock availability
• Track onboarding progress and provide weekly performance reports
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback

Performance Metric

• Minimum of 20 confirmed and active retail partnerships within 3 months (primary KPI)

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or FMCG distribution (preferably beverages or food products)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Existing network within Abuja retail/supermarket space is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed acquisition targets within tight timelines.

Compensation Structure

• Base pay + performance-based incentives tied to number and quality of partnerships secure.
