We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Microsoft 365 Administrator

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 & MDM Administrator to manage cloud services and endpoint devices across the organization.
  • The role involves administering Microsoft 365, managing user identities, and securing endpoints, The ideal candidate will ensure system availability, security compliance, and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration:

  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services:
    • Exchange Online
    • SharePoint
    • OneDrive
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Loop
  • Manage users, groups, and licenses via Azure Active Directory
  • Configure and enforce security policies (MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Troubleshoot issues related to email, login, and collaboration tools
  • Manage email flow, email security
  • Configure DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Perform mailbox migrations and support hybrid environments

MDM & Endpoint Management:

  • Implement and manage endpoint devices using MDM Solution
  • Enroll and manage devices (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)
  • Configure device policies:
    • Password/PIN policies
    • Encryption and security baselines
    • Wi-Fi, VPN, and email profiles
  • Manage BYOD and corporate devices securely
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and remote wipe
  • Deploy applications and updates to endpoints
  • Monitor device health, inventory, and compliance

Patch & Software Management:

  • Manage OS and third-party patching using MDM
  • Automate patch deployment and compliance reporting
  • Handle software deployment and updates
  • Monitor vulnerabilities and endpoint risks

Security & Compliance:

  • Enforce endpoint and identity security policies
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts
  • Ensure only compliant devices access corporate resources
  • Support audits and compliance requirements

Support & Operations:

  • Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 and device-related issues
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and reports
  • Monitor system performance and availability

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory
  • Experience with MDM + Patch Management
  • Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance policies
  • Experience with Exchange Online
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN)
  • Experience with PowerShell

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications
  • Experience with hybrid environments
  • Knowledge of endpoint security best practices

Experience Required:

  • 3–6 years in Microsoft 365 and Endpoint / MDM administration
