We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring that all company facilities are well-maintained, safe, efficient, and fully operational.
• This role involves managing building systems, maintenance activities, vendor contracts, budgets, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., housekeeping, security, HVAC, landscaping).
• Plan and manage facility-related budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate space management, layout planning, and office relocations.
• Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in facility management or building operations.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, etc.).
• Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Experience managing multiple sites.

Additional Information:

• Work Environment: Office-based with regular site visits; may require on-call availability for emergencies.
• Gender: Female candidate is preferred for gender balance.

Salary
N250,000 Net monthly.
