We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Subsea Engineer

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, engineering, and execution of subsea projects (e.g., pipelines, risers, umbilicals, subsea structures).
• Plan and oversee subsea installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Interface with offshore teams (ROV, diving, vessel crew) to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare engineering documents including procedures, method statements, and technical reports.
• Review and interpret subsea drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support during offshore campaigns and troubleshooting of subsea equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Petroleum, or related field).
• 3–8+ years’ experience in subsea engineering within upstream oil & gas.
• Strong knowledge of subsea systems (pipelines, SURF, trees, manifolds, umbilicals).
• Experience with offshore operations (installation, IMR, or construction support).
• Familiarity with industry standards (API, ISO, DNV).
• Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, Offshore Medical) are an advantage.
