About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to drive sales growth while delivering top-tier technical support and engineering services.
- This role blends client engagement, sales execution, and hands-on technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate and respond to sales inquiries and RFQs
- Identify new business opportunities
- Promote products via emails, calls, and client visits
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams
- Client Support & Documentation
- Provide pre- and after-sales technical support
- Prepare proposals, quotations, invoices & contracts
- Follow up on technical specs and payments
- Manage marketing materials & website content
- Report to supervisors effectively
- Technical Service & Engineering
- Install, configure & maintain instruments and systems
- Work with PLCs, drives & automation systems
- Perform diagnostics & reliability testing
- Interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure HSE and quality compliance
- Liaise with clients, suppliers & contractors
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Support affiliated companies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields)
- Experience in technical sales and/or service engineering
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel.
