Job Title: Business Development / Revenue Lead

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Drive revenue growth across investment products, digital offerings, and real estate by sourcing, nurturing, and converting high-quality clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (investors, HNWIs, corporates)
• Drive sales across:
• Investment products
• Real estate offerings
• Digital platform (user acquisition where relevant)
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline (lead → close)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Structure and present compelling investment opportunities
• Work closely with GCOO on revenue strategy and execution

KPIs

• Monthly revenue generated
• Conversion rate
• Pipeline value
• Number of new clients/investors acquired

Your Profile

• Strong sales and relationship management background
• Experience in finance, investments, or real estate (preferred)
• Highly driven, target-oriented, and resourceful
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
