Job Summary
- House Unlimited Nigeria is hiring a Female Sales Closer whose primary responsibility is simple: Turn leads into paying clients.
- This is not just a sales role—it is a closing role. You will manage leads, follow up consistently, and ensure prospects move from inquiry to inspection to final payment.
What You Will Do
- Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
- Follow up aggressively and consistently with prospects
- Convert inquiries into site inspections
- Convert inspections into closed deals
- Maintain strong communication with clients until payment is completed
- Track all conversations and client progress
Who This Role Is For
This role is strictly for someone who:
- Has 2–4 years experience in sales or CRM
- Is confident in closing deals, not just talking to clients
- Understands how to handle objections and push conversations forward
- Is disciplined with follow-ups
- Is target-driven and result-oriented
- Must be female
- Must be based in Abuja or nearby.
Compensation
- Base Salary: N150,000 / month.
- Performance Bonus: Based on:
- Client show-up rate for inspection
- Number of deals closed
- Expected total earnings: N250,000 – N350,000 / month + monthly (based on performance).
