Job Title: Head Nurse (Nephrology)

Job Summary

• As the Head Nurse, you will provide leadership and oversight of nursing services within the dialysis unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and full compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and manage daily operations of the dialysis unit
• Implement and monitor clinical procedures to ensure quality patient care
• Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation, and safety standards
• Lead training, performance management, and continuous development of nursing staff

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc)
• Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (RN) license
• Minimum of 4 years experience in dialysis or related specialty, with leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care, and healthcare compliance.

Salary
NGN 335,000 – 384,000 Month.
