Marketing Officer (Online Entreprise Development and Business Incubation Training Programme) at Ibadan Business School Limited

Ibadan Business School (RC: 972642) was incorporated on the 17th day of August, 2011 under the Company and Allied Matters Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with the primary objective of promoting the growth and advancement of business education within and outside Africa. The School is also licensed by the Centre for Management Development (CMD) of Nigeria- the operational arm of the Nigerian Council for Management Development (NCMD) which is the statutory body charged with the responsibility of regulating the standards of Training and Development Institutions in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Officer for an Online Entreprise Development and Business Incubation Training Programme

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement state-level marketing strategies for two states
• Drive participant mobilization and registration within the assigned two states
• Identify and engage local networks, institutions, and youth groups
• Execute online and offline marketing campaigns
• Manage social media outreach and engagement within assigned regions
• Liaise with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders
• Track and report leads, conversions, and outreach activities
• Support sponsorship and partnership engagement efforts
• Represent the programme at local events and forums.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field with 1 year experience.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and networks
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or community mobilization.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong digital marketing and social media skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Networking and relationship management skills
• Result-oriented and self-driven.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in youth programmes, training, or NGO work
• Familiarity with state-level institutions and communities.
