We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ)
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
- Manage procurement, tendering, and contract documentation
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts
- Track project progress and prepare cost reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Professional certification (e.g., NIQS, RICS) is an added advantage.
