We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking highly motivated and target-driven Marketers responsible for generating qualified leads and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
  • This role requires aggressive prospecting, consistent follow-up, and active contribution to converting leads into site inspections and property sales. Performance will be strictly measured against defined targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and generate leads through digital marketing, field activities, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Promote company property listings across all available channels
  • Engage prospects via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person interactions
  • Qualify leads and schedule site inspections for serious clients
  • Maintain consistent and structured follow-up to drive conversions
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by ensuring steady pipeline flow
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and activities in CRM or reporting tools
  • Submit daily and weekly performance reports

KPIs (Strict Performance Metrics)

  • Daily lead generation target
  • Number of site inspections booked weekly
  • Conversion rate (lead to payment)
  • Monthly sales / closure target

Key Requirements

  • 5–6 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement (2-3 years’ experience in Real Estate is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media tools.
  • Strong follow-up and client engagement skills.

Performance Enforcement:

  • Failure to meet weekly targets may lead to performance review.
  • Consistent underperformance may result in salary adjustment or disciplinary action.
  • High performers will earn additional incentives and growth opportunities.

Remuneration & Performance Structure

  • Basic Salary: ₦200,000 (Fixed)
  • Variable Pay: ₦100,000 (Performance-Based)
  • Total Potential Monthly Earnings: ₦300,000
  • Performance Incentives: Based on lead generation, inspections, and contribution to sales
