Job Description

  • Compiling and organizing data, performing calculations, formatting, and preparing reports.
  • Processing and coding documents.
  • Managing comprehensive records and filing systems.
  • Creating and preparing statistical reports.
  • Resolving discrepancies and coordinating with administrative and professional staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree or HND in bilingual secretarial studies, plus at least four years of experience in a similar field.
  • Must be an endowed active member of the Church.
  • Ability to apply advanced skills relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills. 
  • Ability to speak and write French fluently will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to adapt procedures, tools, and processes to meet role demands.
  • Capacity to perform diverse and complex tasks requiring originality and good judgment.
  • Ability to guide, train, assign, and review the work of junior employees when necessary.
