Job Description
Human Resource Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Design and implement training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Sales & Business Support:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand staffing needs and performance gaps.
  • Support recruitment of high-performing sales professionals.
  • Develop incentive schemes and commission structures for sales teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance from an HR perspective.
  • Align HR strategies with sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide coaching and training support to improve sales productivity.

Strategic Functions:

  • Drive organizational development and culture initiatives.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems linked to sales KPIs.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity).
  • Partner with leadership to support business expansion and growth.
  • Lead change management initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years HR experience, with proven exposure to sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or working closely with sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
