We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Rigger and Rigger Foreman
Location: Lagos
Roles & Responsibilities
- They are responsible to arrange for rigging materials during lifting operations.
- They must select rigging to suit the load and install the lifting gears by complying to the lifting plan
- They connect and disconnect the load for any lifting operations
- They must participate in the TBM
- They must ensure that they fully understand the lifting accessories and its functions
- They must inspect the lifting accessories before and after use in any lifting operation
- They must remove defective lifting accessories from use
- They must have an understanding of the emergency procedures relating to lifting equipment they are using.
- They must carry out proper housekeeping before, during and at the end of the lifting operation.
Qualifications
- Technical School, SSCE, NABTEB.
- Riggers Certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
