Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while supporting strategic business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, financial planning, and performance monitoring across business units
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee payroll administration, bank reconciliations, and account management
  • Implement cost control and efficiency strategies
  • Manage audits, financial records, and fixed asset registers
  • Provide financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
