Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while supporting strategic business decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and performance monitoring across business units
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee payroll administration, bank reconciliations, and account management
- Implement cost control and efficiency strategies
- Manage audits, financial records, and fixed asset registers
- Provide financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
- Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
