Job Title: Dialysis Nurse

Location: Apo, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Dialysis Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing dialysis.
• The role involves managing the full dialysis process, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patients throughout the dialysis process from admission to discharge
• Deliver safe, effective, and individualized patient care
• Work closely with the Head Nurse and medical team to handle clinical procedures and emergencies
• Ensure accurate patient scheduling and smooth daily operations
• Maintain and update patient records using the hospital’s IT systems
• Support training and onboarding of new nursing staff
• Assist in outreach activities to increase awareness of the dialysis centre
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dialysis or related specialty
• Strong hands-on experience in dialysis procedures and patient care.

Salary
N276,000 - N288,000 monthly.
