Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Engineer (Data Science & AI Focus) to join our team. The ideal candidate will design intelligent systems, build data-driven applications, and apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications with a focus on AI-driven solutions
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing
• Apply AI techniques such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and automation
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and improve decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business)
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
• Document models, systems, and workflows

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with data science tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model lifecycle
• Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and APIs
• Proficiency with Git and software development best practices

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
