We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Warranty Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the workshop on all warranty jobs (PWA).
- Verify warranty eligibility before approving repairs or responding to warranty-related inquiries.
- Respond promptly to emails and warranty requests from other branches after confirming eligibility.
- Collect warranty invoices from the Accounts Department for processing and record-keeping.
- Retrieve old warranty parts from the workshop and ensure they are properly stored in the designated warranty store.
- Maintain the warranty store room in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing all warranty jobs completed.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure proper tracking of warranty parts returned and claims submitted.
- Liaise with workshop supervisors and service advisors to ensure timely processing of warranty claims.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in warranty administration, workshop operations, or automotive after-sales support.
- Basic understanding of automotive workshop processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills, Basic accounting knowledge and Effective communication skills.
Salary
N120,000 per month.
