Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

About the Role

• We are recruiting Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service experiences to customers and support daily front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly and professionally
• Take food/drink orders accurately
• Handle POS/payment transactions
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns courteously
• Maintain excellent presentation of service areas
• Support team members during busy periods
• Ensure customers enjoy a seamless café experience

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: OND / HND / BSc Degree
• 1+ year customer-facing experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must live within reasonable proximity to Ogudu.
