Job Title: Head Nurse (Nephrology)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead and oversee nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient service delivery, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily center activities.
• Ensure quality patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor clinical procedures and compliance standards.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Oversee hygiene, stock control, and administrative processes.
• Support staff training, development, and performance management.
• Maintain effective communication with management and clinical teams.

Requirements

• B.NSc. with valid RN license.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience (dialysis/specialty preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
