Summary

  • We are looking to hire a smart, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.
  • This is a full-time, on-site role for individuals who understand how to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth within the real estate space.

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our real estate products.
  • This role requires someone who is confident, persuasive, and able to turn prospects into paying clients.
  • You will actively seek new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and work closely with the marketing and sales teams to meet revenue targets.
  • The ideal candidate understands the Nigerian real estate market, knows how to position property offerings, and can confidently engage high-value clients, investors, and corporate prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for property sales
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Present and promote Nando Homes’ properties to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with targets and deliver results consistently
  • Good understanding of real estate sales is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, confident, and highly driven
  • Must be available to work on-site full-time.
