Job Title: Architect

Locations: Maitama, Wuse, Asokoro - Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• AT Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable real estate company for a skilled Architect to support the design and execution of residential and commercial development projects in Abuja.
• This role requires a practical, detail-oriented professional with strong design and site experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans for real estate projects.
• Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, planning regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to deliver projects effectively.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Review project requirements, budgets, and timelines to support efficient execution.
• Support permit applications and regulatory approval processes.
• Recommend cost-effective and functional design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design (real estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and approval processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Salary
N300,000 gross monthly.
