About the Role

• Build and scale a world‑class technology backbone while overseeing technical excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology vision for tokenized platforms and intelligent building systems.
• Oversee integration of AI, IoT, net‑zero technologies, and e‑mobility infrastructure into all joint venture developments.
• Lead technical due diligence and innovation across the project portfolio.
• Build and lead high‑performing tech and engineering teams globally.

Profile & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree
• Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology leader in infrastructure, real estate, or mobility sectors.
• Expertise in AI, IoT, smart building systems, and renewable energy integration.
• Experience scaling technology platforms and leading global engineering teams.
• Strong background in technical due diligence and innovation management.
