About the Role

  • Structure, negotiate, and close high‑stakes Joint Venture transactions with speed and precision.

Impact

  • The Deal Architect ensures high‑stakes transactions are structured and closed with precision, enabling rapid growth and unlocking capital for transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • JV Agreement Leadership Draft and negotiate complex Joint Venture Agreements, funding documents, and development contracts.
  • Commercial Advisory Provide legal guidance across land acquisition, project finance, tokenization, and investor syndication.
  • Risk Mitigation Identify and manage risks while enabling fast deal execution.
  • Strategic Partnership Act as a trusted advisor and deal‑maker to the leadership team.
  • Compliance & Governance Ensure all transactions meet regulatory and commercial standards.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial law, real estate, or infrastructure transactions.
  • Expertise in JV structuring, project finance, and complex contract negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of tokenization, investor syndication, and emerging financial models.
  • Ability to balance risk management with speed of execution.
  • Exceptional negotiation and advisory skills.
