About the Role

• We are seeking a world‑class engineer and technologist with proven hands‑on experience delivering certified net‑zero or carbon‑negative buildings in emerging markets.
• The CNZESO will design, integrate, and scale intelligent energy systems that make every project future‑proof, dramatically reduce operational costs, and attract premium global capital and tenants.
• This is a mission‑critical role at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Net‑Zero Project Delivery Lead the design and execution of certified net‑zero or carbon‑negative buildings, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Energy Systems Integration Architect and deploy intelligent energy systems including EGSS, solar + storage, AI‑driven energy management, and smart grids.
• Technology Partnerships Collaborate with leading green tech firms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, ABB, or equivalent) to bring cutting‑edge solutions into projects.
• Operational Efficiency Implement systems that reduce energy costs, optimize performance, and enhance tenant experience.
• Capital Attraction Position projects to attract premium global investors and tenants by embedding sustainability and resilience at scale.
• Innovation Leadership Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies in energy and sustainability.

Profile & Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience delivering certified net‑zero or carbon‑negative buildings in emerging markets.
• Background with leading green tech firms (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Expertise in energy systems engineering, smart grids, renewable integration, and AI‑based energy management.
• Strong track record of scaling intelligent energy solutions across multiple projects.
• Ability to operate in complex, fast‑moving environments with a focus on execution and measurable impact.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration skills.
