Tastee Fried Chicken was founded by Olayinka Pamela Adedayo. It began as an extension of Tastee Pot, an outdoor catering company serving Nigerian and continental food at special events. The catering company still exists as Tastee Fried Chicken's catering operation. In 1997 Mrs. Adedayo incorporated Tastee Fried Chicken and opened her first location in Surulere, Lagos State. She based her restaurant on the business model of the American fast food chicken restaurant Kentucky Fried Chicken, where she had previously worked as a manager. Since opening its first location, it has grown to 14 restaurants.
Today, Tastee Fried Chicken has 8TTC(Tastee Turbo Café) with others in different locations across Lagos State and still growing. It is a Place for career growth and development.

Key Accountabilities & Specific Deliverables
Kiosk Expansion & Location Acquisition (Core Accountability):
- Identify, Evaluate, And Secure High‑Traffic Kiosk And Micro‑Outlet Locations (Malls, Campuses, Hospitals, Transport Hubs, Estates, Corporate Premises).
- Proactively Engage Property Owners, Mall Managers, Facility Managers, And Estate Developers.
- Negotiate Lease Terms, Revenue Share, Space Sizes, And Tenure In Line With Tastee Fried Chicken Commercial Guidelines.
- Work With Operations, Projects, And Brand Teams To Ensure Timely Kiosk Rollout.
Targets / Measures:
- Minimum 2–4 Viable Kiosk Locations Secured Per Quarter.
- Approval‑To‑Launch Cycle Time ≤ 60 Days Per Kiosk.
- At Least 80% Of Secured Locations Meeting Footfall And Roi Benchmarks.
Tastee Pot Limited – External Events & Meal Packages:
- Drive Sales Of External Event Catering, Bulk Food Orders, And Customized Meal Packages.
- Build A Strong Pipeline Of Corporate Clients, Schools, Religious Bodies, Ngos, And Event Planners.
- Design Bundled Meal Packages (Price, Volume, Delivery Model) With Operations.
- Actively Pitch Tastee Pot Limited For Weddings, Conferences, Corporate Retreats, Parties, And Seasonal Events.
Targets / Measures:
- Minimum ₦X Million Monthly Revenue From Tastee Pot Limited (To Be Agreed Annually).
- 5–10 New Corporate Or Institutional Clients On-Boarded Monthly.
- Minimum 30% Conversion Rate From Qualified Event Leads To Confirmed Bookings.
- Repeat Business Rate ≥ 40%.
Event Hall & In‑House Event Business Development:
- Market and Sell Tastee Fried Chicken Event Halls And Event‑Enabled Locations.
- Develop Annual Event Calendars (Seasonal Promos, Festive Offers, Bundle Deals).
- Partner with Event Planners, Decorators, Mcs, And Vendors To Create Attractive Packages.
- Ensure Consistent Pricing, Contracts, And Service Standards.
Targets / Measures:
- Minimum Hall Utilization Rate Of 65%–75% Monthly.
- Year‑On‑Year Event Revenue Growth Of At Least 20%.
- Average Customer Satisfaction Score ≥ 90% Post‑Event Feedback.
Business Growth Within Existing Tastee Fried Chicken Locations:
- Identify Opportunities to Monetize Footfall, Excess Space, And Tastee Fried Chicken Brand Equity Within Current Outlets.
- Propose Add‑On Concepts (E.G. Pop‑Ups, Kiosks, Branded Activations, Collaborations).
- Develop Mini‑Business Cases For Each Initiative.
Targets / Measures:
- Minimum 2 New Revenue‑Generating Initiatives Per Location Per Year.
- Roi Payback Period ≤ 12 Months for Approved Initiatives.
Sales Pipeline & Relationship Management:
- Build And Manage A Structured Sales Pipeline Covering Kiosks, Events, Halls, And Corporate Sales.
- Actively Use Cold Calling, Linkedin Outreach, Referrals, Networking Events, And Partnerships.
- Maintain Updated Records Of Leads, Deals, Proposals, And Closed Sales.
Targets / Measures:
- Monthly Pipeline Value ≥ 3× Monthly Revenue Target.
- Lead‑To‑Deal Conversion Rate ≥ 25%.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Track Competitor Activities, Pricing Models, And Expansion Trends In Qsr And Events Businesses.
- Submit Weekly Activity Reports And Monthly Performance Dashboards.
- Provide Data‑Driven Recommendations To Management.
Targets / Measures:
- Timely Submission of 100% of Required Reports.
- At Least 1 Strategic Market Insight or Growth Recommendation Monthly.
- Any Other Duties as may be assigned.
Education, Experience & Technical Skills
- Bsc / HND qualification in Business Management, Marketing Or Relevant Field Is Preferred.
- Professional Qualifications, an Added Advantage.

Remuneration Package
Fixed pay (Guaranteed):
- Base Salary: N235,500 ( Pensionable, stable take-home).
- Transport Allowance: N60,000 (Fixed; supports field work).
- Total Fixed Pay: N295,500 (Paid monthly regardless of performance).
- Performance-Based Commission (Variable-up to N60,000) is only earned, not guaranteed.
Trigger Condition:
- Commission is payable only when 100% of monthly target is met. (Total: Fixed+Commission= N355,500).
