Job Title: Male Pastry Chef

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry.
• The ideal candidate must have strong experience in baking and pastry production, with the ability to prepare, design, and decorate a wide variety of baked goods to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and baked goods including cakes, meat pies, chicken pies, egg rolls, sausage rolls, puff puff, buns, and more
• Design and decorate cakes for different occasions (birthdays, weddings, events, etc.)
• Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products
• Monitor stock levels and request supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration
• Ability to produce both local and continental pastries
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Must be responsible and reliable.

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
