Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Abuja store.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage people, drive sales, and create a welcoming in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare the store for daily opening and ensure smooth closing processes
  • Track and record daily sales, expenses, and transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Supervise store assistants and coordinate effectively with delivery riders
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports
  • Implement creative strategies to increase walk-in customers and sales

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail, sales, or store management
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and accountability
  • Must be based in Abuja (preferably around Wuse 2)

Salary
N150,000/month + Performance Bonus.
