Job Title: Hotel Cook

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Cook prepares meals according to the hotel’s standards, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook local and continental dishes
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Monitor food supplies and report shortages
• Ensure proper food storage.

Requirements

• Must have two years experience as a cook or five years experience as a Kitchen Assistant
• Knowledge of different cuisines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside within Akute, Ojodu Berger, Ogba, Agege, Ifako Ijaiye axis.
