We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control / Quality Assurance Engineer 

Locations: Lagos, and Gusau - Zamfara
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team in Lagos and Zamfara.
• The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in civil construction processes, with a particular focus on concrete mix design, testing, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures on site
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations
• Supervise concrete mix design, batching, placement, and curing processes
• Conduct material inspections and testing (concrete, aggregates, etc.)
• Prepare QA/QC reports, documentation, and method statements
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Liaise with site engineers, consultants, and project managers on quality-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• 3–5 years’ experience in civil construction
• Proven hands-on experience with concrete mix design and quality control
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards and procedures in construction
• Good reporting and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in either Lagos or Zamfara.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
