We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive Technext’s sales and achieve revenue targets.
• ⁠Identify, engage, and secure new clients and strategic partnerships.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
• Track and report on sales performance, client acquisition, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.

KPIs: Sales & Client Relations:

• Achieve a minimum of ₦4 million in total sales monthly.
• Acquire at least 2 new clients per month.
• Maintain a ≥80% customer satisfaction (CSAT) score from client feedback.
• Ensure an annual customer retention rate of at least 50%.

Business Development & Partnerships:

• Secure at least 3 new strategic partnerships per quarter.
• Identify and pitch at least 5 new revenue opportunities quarterly.

Operations & Reporting:

• Submit weekly sales and business development performance reports.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with 95%+ accuracy on client data and sales pipeline.
• ⁠Track and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary
N500,000 - 700,000 per month base + 5% N6m target met + 10% of excess of N6m target.
