We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architectural Interior Designer

Location: Chevron-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various project.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs.
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients.
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed.
• Develop interior architectural design concepts and plans.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using design software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee project implementation and site inspections.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed.
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in interior architecture or design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
