We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Sales Consultant 

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail and B2B sales activities within the showroom and client locations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lighting, décor, and building solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and repeat clients
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations
• Support showroom operations, merchandising, and product display
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years’ sales experience
• Experience in lighting, HVAC, décor, furniture, real estate, or FMCG sales preferred
• Must reside within or around the Lekki–Ajah axis.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Target-driven and performance-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and retail sales processes.
