Role Description

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
• The role includes market research, developing and executing business strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• This is a full-time on-site role based in Ibadan, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong skills in business development, strategic planning, and market research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or corporate partnerships
• Analytical and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
• Experience with health-tech or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting and achieve organizational goals
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics software is preferred.
