Job Title: Marketing Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Marketer to drive student recruitment through effective marketing strategies.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience in marketing, converting leads, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to promote education services.
  • This role also requires meeting set student enrolment targets within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Strong follow-up of leads and convert them into student enrolments.
  • Conduct cold calls, send emails, and outreach to generate leads.
  • Meet and exceed student monthly enrolment targets given.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to recruit students for international studyprogrammes.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve marketing strategies and client acquisition
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars on study abroad opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions.
  • Creating of engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract prospective students
  • Engage with prospects through social media, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, andeducational institutions.
  • Stay updated on international education trends, visa policies, and scholarshipopportunities.
  • Follow up with students and provide ongoing support until they are successfully enrolled.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years proven experience in marketing, sales, and business development
  • Ability to transfer applicants into successful enrolments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Strong skills in:

  • Cold-calling & email marketing
  • Digital marketing (social media, ads, content creation)
  • Lead generation and conversion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed set monthly targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in study abroad is an advantage.
