We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Engineers to join the SOW Real Estate Team

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee land development and real estate construction projects from planning to execution.
• Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, specifications, and development permit documentation.
• Provide engineering and technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices in project implementation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Monitor project progress, ensure quality delivery, manage site equipment and funds, and provide regular reports with visual updates.

Requirements

• Must be COREN registered (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or land development projects.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
