Job Title: Hostess
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Work Schedule: Shift-based (including nights, weekends and holidays)
Role Summary
- Belanova Apartments & Suites is a hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- We are seeking a well-presented and smart hostess to be an extension of that brand by providing a warm experience to our clients through excellent customer service, courtesy and attention to details.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Attend to guest enquiries and guest complaints.
- Meet guest expectations within the boundaries of company policy.
- Maintain excellent service quality.
- Complete supporting roles as required by the department e.g. keeping work environment tidy etc.
Skills & Requirements
- Must have a passion for hospitality.
- Must communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
- Must be well-groomed.
- Must maintain warm and friendly demeanor combined with a professional and respectful attitude.
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Must work well in a team.
