 Smart Taste Bakery & Confectionery, a fast-growing bakery located in Ogungbade, Ibadan, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Oyo

Job Description

• The Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of company products to customers and designated distribution points.
• This role supports logistics and sales operations by ensuring efficient transportation, proper handling of goods, and strict compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for delivery and official assignments.
• Load and offload goods carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and assigned locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and carry out routine checks on assigned vehicles.
• Report vehicle faults or mechanical issues promptly for repair.
• Keep accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Follow strictly all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Support distribution and sales operations when required.

Requirements

• Valid Nigerian Driver’s License.
• Proven driving experience (preferably in FMCG or distribution sector).
• Good knowledge of Ibadan roads and routes.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Physically fit, reliable, and responsible.
• Good attitude, honesty, and punctuality.
