We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Scheduling housekeeping staff
• Supervising staff during shifts
• Ensuring rooms and other areas are clean and meet organization standards
• Training new housekeeping staff
• Managing cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs, placements and supply orders as needed
• Complying with safety and health regulations.
• Excellent quality control
• Strong time management and delegation skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and infection control
• Written communication skills for monitoring inventory, creating schedules for Housekeepers and drafting employee evaluations or incident reports
• Verbal communication skills for fulfilling guest or patient requests
• Housekeeping Supervisor experience requirements.
